These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Zyroxenth platform, including all content, features, workshops, and services available at zyroxenth.com. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, enrolling in a workshop, or otherwise interacting with any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Zyroxenth.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this platform. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

3.3 Account Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund for any fees already paid, unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

4. Platform Access and Use

4.1 License to Use

Zyroxenth grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes, subject to these terms.

4.2 Permitted Use

You may access course materials, participate in workshops, complete assignments, and engage with collaborative tools provided on the platform for the purpose of learning and skill development.

4.3 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute any platform content without express written permission
Reproduce, copy, or create derivative works from any course materials or proprietary content
Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or extract platform content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its underlying infrastructure
Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform or its services
Use the platform for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted by Zyroxenth

5. Intellectual Property

All content available on the platform, including but not limited to course materials, videos, written guides, assignments, exercises, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Zyroxenth or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

5.2 User-Generated Content

By submitting content to the platform — including assignment responses, forum posts, or workshop contributions — you grant Zyroxenth a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. You retain ownership of your original content.

5.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the platform may be used by Zyroxenth without obligation or compensation to you.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

6.1 Fees

Certain workshops, programs, and features require payment. All applicable fees are displayed prior to purchase. By completing a transaction, you agree to pay the stated amount.

6.2 Billing

Payment is processed through third-party providers. Zyroxenth does not store your full payment details. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and current.

6.3 Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase. If you believe a refund is warranted, contact us at support@zyroxenth.com.

6.4 Price Changes

Zyroxenth reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Zyroxenth does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms.

8. Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Zyroxenth does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Educational content is provided for informational and skill-building purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zyroxenth and its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Zyroxenth's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to Zyroxenth in the twelve months preceding the claim giving rise to liability.

Zyroxenth reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that Zyroxenth determines, at its sole discretion, to be harmful to other users, the platform, or the company. Upon termination, your license to use the platform will immediately cease.

12. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

13. Modifications to the Platform

Zyroxenth may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

14. Governing Terms

These Terms of Use represent the entire agreement between you and Zyroxenth regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

The failure of Zyroxenth to enforce any right or provision in these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
